Symon’s InView Mobile platform for Data is designed to deliver key performance metrics, in a user-definable format, to iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. Description

Users of version 11.2 or greater of Symon's Enterprise Software (SES) can now receive real-time performance metrics on an iOS or Android smartphone via InView Mobile^TM Data. The InView Mobile Data platform interfaces with Symon's Enterprise Software system to securely collect the desired information, deliver it to the phone or tablet and display it in a format that is defined by the InView Mobile administrator.

InView Mobile is composed of three elements, which in order to support "Data-centric" applications are uniquely configured as follows:

• A Browser-based Editor: The InView Mobile editor allows the InView Mobile administrator to seamlessly access their Symon Enterprise Software and then choose the information that they wish to display. The administrator can then use the Editor to design the mobile page layouts and interactive layers.

• An InView Mobile Content Management System: The InView Mobile content management system interfaces with Symon's Enterprise Software to physically access the information that the administrator chose using the Editor. It then communicates that selected information, in a secure manner, to the mobile device.

• A Smartphone/Tablet Player App: The InView Mobile content management system delivers performance metrics to iOS or Android smartphones and tablets for play-back. Content play-back is managed by the InView Mobile media player app that can be downloaded, at no charge, from the iTunes App Store or Android Market.

• Information is accessed initially via a secret search code
• Information is transmitted securely over a user-defined VPN connection
• Pages and data can be selected by touching the phone's/tablet's screen
• Tablet content can be viewed in either a portrait or landscape format
• Data can be derived from ACD's, IVR's, WMS's, TMS's and Ticketing Systems
• Data resides behind your firewalls w/no data stored on the public Internet
• Data shown within InView Mobile complements that shown on your screens
