For new visual communication solution deployments that include the creation of custom content, a creative engagement will be held concurrent with the Installation phase. This engagement includes:
- A consultative session between the customer and Symon’s graphics designers for the purpose of understanding the visual aesthetics, style guides and messaging requirements.
- A design engagement whereby Symon’s designers create an initial vision of the overall look and feel of the content based upon your aesthetic, style guide and messaging requirements.
- A series of interactive sessions to review and refine the vision in order to incorporate the customer’s unique style elements and deployment requirements.
- A committed number of hours of content development work by Symon’s graphic designers for the purpose of bringing the collaborative vision to reality.
For new visual communication solution deployments that do not require the creation of custom content, Symon offers a portfolio of existing design templates that can be modified to meet the customer’s color and branding requirements.
For existing visual communications solutions that require a content refresh, Symon offers a design services to update the look and feel of the content.
